We offer delivery time within 2-4
business days after final approval.
Although, in some cases it may take up to 6
business days. Delivery is based on Fed Ex
ground and their shipping schedule. 99% of
the time, shipping is done within 2-4
business days. Second day air is also
available.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges for business cards
within the U.S.A. vary based on quantity.
Shipping cost for a box of 1000 cards is
$7.95.
Can I order more than 1,000 cards?
Yes you can. Order sizes can vary from 250
to 10,000.
How do I send you my info?
After you place your order, email us
immediately all the information you want on
your card and/or post card and we will get
to work on your design within 24 hours or
less.
Do you offer refunds?
Our designers are paid per job,
therefore we don't offer refunds, but we do
offer replacement of any defective cards
free of charge.
Do you design cards for any industry?
Yes we do. We design cards for any type of
industry and/or individual.
What's the difference between a "new
order" and a "re-order"?
You can be a returning customer with a new
design in mind. Although you're a returning
customer, we consider any new design a New
Order.
Re-orders are when you order a previous job
we already did for you. In other words,
there is no designing or set up involved. We
simply take your previous file and place a
printing order.
